My certificate is not downloading
Make sure you have entered your name in the name field before clicking the download button. If the issue continues, try a different browser. Chrome and Firefox work best.
I paid for a certificate but did not receive it
The certificate downloads immediately after payment — check your downloads folder. If you closed the page before downloading, email us with your order details and we will help you re-access it.
Can I retake a test?
Yes — all tests are completely free and unlimited. You can retake any test as many times as you like.
Is my typing speed result accurate?
Our tests use the standard net WPM formula — correct characters divided by 5, divided by minutes elapsed. This is the same formula most employers use. Results can vary slightly depending on your device and internet connection.
Can I use my certificate for a job application?
Yes — the verified certificate ($9.99) includes a unique certificate ID that employers can verify at jobtypingtest.com/verify/. The free version includes a watermark indicating it is a sample copy.
